The "Bibliothèque Interuniversitaire de la Communauté française de Belgique" (BICfB) is a non-profit-making organization created in May 2000 under the aegis of the Conseil des Recteurs des universités francophones de Belgique (CRef). This NPO aims at “promoting, coordinating and developing a joint policy between university libraries in the field of scientific documentation”.
