General assembly

The General assembly is the sovereign organ of the association. In the framework of the responsibilities which are allocated to it by the status of the NPO, the General assembly meets once a year in order to fix, as regards scientific resources, the orientations and the objectives of the common policy between the university libraries of the French Community of Belgium.

Board of directors

The Board of directors takes the management of the association on. It is composed of nine administrators, elected among the members of the association and named by the General assembly. Each university institution must be represented at least by one member. The Board of directors exerts its ability within the framework of the orientations and objectives defined by the General assembly. The Board of directors appoints among his members a president, a vice-president and a secretary-treasurer for a two years duration, renewable.
